RetrievalKit is provided as-is for use as a self-hosted hybrid search implementation. You retain full control over your Elasticsearch infrastructure and indexed data.
2. Disclaimer
RetrievalKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your use of RetrievalKit is at your own risk.
3. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall RetrievalKit, its creators, or associated parties be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
4. Starter Kit License
The Starter Kit is provided under the terms specified in its own LICENSE file. By purchasing the Starter Kit, you agree to those terms. The code is provided for your own use and adaptation.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use RetrievalKit for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure
- Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of this website
- Use RetrievalKit to index or search any content you do not have rights to
6. Data Ownership
You retain complete ownership of all data you index in your Elasticsearch cluster. RetrievalKit does not claim ownership of or access to your data.
7. Payment Terms
Starter Kit purchases are one-time, non-refundable payments processed via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to our payment terms and Stripe's terms of service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
